At Suleman Fabrics, we strive to provide you with the best quality fabrics and a smooth shopping experience.
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Fabric must be unused, unwashed, uncut, and in its original condition.
- Once the fabric has been cut, stitched, washed, or used, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
- In case of a wrong, defective, or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
- Sale and clearance items are non-returnable, except in case of a wrong or defective item.
- Refunds, where approved, will be processed through Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa within 3–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
