If you wear XXL and above, or prefer traditional Sindhi/Balochi shalwar styles that need extra fabric, please message us on WhatsApp before ordering to confirm availability of extra length.

1. Change of Mind — Fabric, Colour or Length
If, after receiving and opening your parcel, you are not satisfied with the fabric or colour, or the length received is different from what was ordered, you may return the product and request either a refund or an exchange.
Please note: Return delivery charges are borne by the customer.
2. Six-Month Guarantee
We provide a six-month guarantee from the date of purchase against colour fading and manufacturing defects. This guarantee remains valid even if the fabric has already been stitched. If you notice an issue within six months, please share clear pictures/videos with our support team for review.
Please note: We only sell unstitched fabric, so stitching costs are not covered under this guarantee.
3. Defective or Incorrect Product
If the product you receive is defective, or different from what you ordered, you may request a refund or an exchange.
Inspection Policy
All returned products are inspected on receipt. A refund or exchange is only processed if the fabric is in neat, fresh, and undamaged condition. Products showing signs of washing, stitching, or alteration may not be eligible.
How to Request a Return, Refund or Exchange
1. Contact us via WhatsApp or call.
2. Share your order details along with relevant pictures/videos.
3. Our team will review and verify your request.
4. Once approved, send the product to our return address below.
5. We inspect the returned product.
6. After successful inspection, your refund or exchange is processed.
